Bungou Stray Dogs

Dazai/Akutagawa

That moment at the end of the anime where Akutagawa goes up to Dazai and Dazai looks at him, smiles, and then tells him he did good? And then Akutagawa straight-up passes out with joy? That’s like. The best moment. Along with the moment Akutagawa jumps off a platform after a headset because he was told Dazai was on it and wanted to talk to him...

We like the power difference, and how pitifully and pathetically eager Akutagawa is for Dazai’s attention--and how Dazai uses that to get his way. We like the hints that Dazai both enjoys the power he holds over Akutagawa, and also feels a vague urge to make up for how he broke Akutagawa.

Dazai having abused Akutagawa (horribly!) in the past is perfectly fine, but we prefer emotional abuse or even no abuse in current day. Dazai’s trying to be a better person! That means he probably shouldn’t beat Akutagawa, or jerk him off while Akutagawa cries and begs him not to anymore. But tying Akutagawa into emotional knots and enjoying the way Akutagawa would walk through fire for a single word of praise from him--that’s totally fine.

• Dazai gets injured in entirely the wrong part of the city, and has no way back to the agency. So he heads to Akutagawa’s apartment instead.
  
• Dazai has thought about it quite a bit, and determined that Oda would probably be nicer to Akutagawa. Therefore, he will be nicer. (Akutagawa is terrified, and also super, super into Dazai telling him that he’s a good boy.) (Or something)
  
• Akutagawa's done very well on a mission. He gets a reward.
  
• Akutagawa is ashamed and desperately trying to hide how turned on/in heat/sex-pollened he is. Dazai figures it out immediately. Whether Dazai acts on it immediately, or lets Akutagawa squirm a bit longer...
  
• Akutagawa has been captured by the agency/government. There's not enough proof (somehow) to actually convict him of murder, but they can't exactly turn him loose. So here he is, in an ability-suppressing collar or cuffs or something -- and who better to play house arrest jailer than Dazai, who can stop him with a touch if need be...
  
• Akutagawa has been captured by people who really hate him, probably because he murdered all their friends. So they lock him in an empty cell without clothes or cloth of any kind and leave him there. Eventually, Dazai needs his abilities. Eventually Dazai comes for him.
  
• Akutagawa gets sick and can’t control his ability, and Mori’s attempt to drug him senseless just makes him worse. Mori needs Dazai to keep Akutagawa from going on a semi-conscious rampage--and he’s slightly surprised how easy it is to borrow him.

Dazai/Atsushi/Akutagawa

Akutagawa’s obsession with Dazai and Atsushi is what sells us on this. The scene in the manga where Dazai holds them both by the neck so they won’t fight perfectly encapsulates our love of this ship.

Chapter 51, btw. Akutagawa is hyperfocused on pleasing Dazai, Atsushi is utterly certain that Akutagawa hates him, and Dazai is manipulating them both into doing what he wants. It’s perfect. Plus, Akutagawa and Atsushi both seem to really want to understand each other too.

Lots of our Dazai/Akutagawa prompts above would also work beautifully for the OT3 :D

• Akutagawa's been injured and kicked out of the mafia. He only knows one person outside the mafia who's dumb enough to help if he demands it -- Atsushi. He doesn’t know if it’s better or worse that Dazai’s there too.
  
• Mission fic! With sex pollen! Whether Akutagawa’s working with or against Dazai and Atsushi is up to you, but either way, Akutagawa gets adversely affected by an enemy's sexy sexy ability. Or where catboy! or omega!Akutagawa goes into heat or something and has to keep it together through the rest of the fight, and he's trying to conceal what's going on, even though Atsushi and Dazai just smell and look so incredible, and he's so desperate for the slightest touch...
  
• Akutagawa must be seduced to the side of the light, or the world will literally end. Dazai’s assigned himself to the case, and he’s brought his sidekick Atsushi for backup. (The prophecy might be bullshit--but who wants to risk it?? Better seduce Akutagawa, just to be safe.)

Fukuzawa/Akutagawa

Fukuzawa seems so stable, but also takes zero shit from anyone, and we deeply want to see him and Akutagawa playing off each other. The differences in height, power, experience, and mental stability are A++ and we encourage focus on that!

We love Fukuzawa’s stoicness, which hides an inner layer of softy that’s ridiculously weak to cute things--cute things like Akutagawa...er. Akutagawa as a cat? See the prompts! He’s a former assassin, too, so he and Akutagawa have a lot of murder for pay in common!

• Mori trades Akutagawa to Fukuzawa when Rashoumon starts acting outside his control--more than a year before Dazai joins the agency. It takes like three days for Akutagawa to be as desperate to please his new employer as he was to please Dazai. (Or set it canon-era too. Either is good!)
  
• Akutagawa’s supposed to be spying on Fukuzawa. Somehow spying looks a lot like “drinking with.” He’s just doing this for the mission, really.
  
• They’re stranded in the wilderness/snowy tundra/enemy territory/Poe’s first foray into apocalyptic sci-fi. Akutagawa does not want to team up with the Agency’s president to survive. Fukuzawa says that’s fine. He’ll be over there whenever Akutagawa finishes his tantrum.
  
• An ability user turns Akutagawa into a ragged, skinny little cat. He heads toward the Armed Detective Agency to try to get Dazai to pet him (to reverse the ability!), but Fukuzawa finds him first. (Akutagawa as his pet cat!) (for no longer than one week)
  
• Fukuzawa finds Akutagawa half-dead in an alley and takes him back to his apartment because Yosano is on vacation.

Fukuzawa/Dazai

So Port Mafia Dazai was psycho, and we’re sure he matured some before he joined the Armed Detective Agency, but there’s no way he became canon-era Dazai immediately. How did he and Fukuzawa interact at first? His last boss was Mori, after all--who also raised him (totally cool with Mori being (super) abusive. However you want to interpret that). What did Fukuzawa think of his new employee? If Dazai touches Fukuzawa on a full moon, does Atsushi turn into a tiger? We have a lot of questions about this ship. Feel free to answer any of them.

• Getting drunk and hitting on the old guy in the corner who looks just like Mori`s most hated rival gives Dazai more than he bargained for.
  
• Fukuzawa thought of Dazai as a promising new employee for approximately a week before Dazai stole his rose-coloured glasses, tried to kill himself, and nearly brought the rest of the agency down with him. Unfortunately, Fukuzawa`s ability means he can’t fire employees once he’s hired them. He can only (try to) fix them...or kill them.
  
• Dazai breaks into the Armed Detective Agency's offices at 2 AM to copy their files--they talked to a suspect who won't give him the time of day, and Dazai might not need that suspect's info, but it annoys him deeply that he doesn't have it. Too bad Fukuzawa sleeps in his office, and his combat skills are not an ability Dazai can neutralize.
  
• Dazai is kidnapped by mad scientists who want to extract his ability from him or something. This involves many tortuous experiments. The ADA eventually realizes that he’s missing, and Fukuzawa rescues him. Feel free to write only the rescue bits. And the pathetic gratitude Dazai desperately tries to hide and Fukuzawa pretends not to see. Maybe gentle hair petting, Dazai falling asleep on Fukuzawa’s shoulder because the scientists wouldn’t let him sleep, only being able to sleep when Fukuzawa is nearby...um. We have a H/C list up there. Please feel free to reference it. ^__^
  
• Dazai is fresh off mafia murder sprees and isn’t sure how to be a person--he’s actually fairly sure he isn’t one. Fukuzawa knows that feeling intimately.

Rashoumon/Akutagawa

Collectively, we have seen Dead Apple in theaters five times, and that is in no small part due to how intensely we appreciate everything about Rashoumon in that movie. So, if you have seen it too, more of that, please! In either case -- this is a slash exchange, and therefore we are looking for fic where Rashoumon is (temporarily) a separate, male entity, working with or against Akutagawa. (against is really, really great.) Themes of control, desperation, anger, surrender, cooperation, painful acceptance, shattered self-esteem are welcome. And the crippling realization that he can never escape Rashoumon is A+++;

Feel free to add some Dazai/Akutagawa here too, if so inspired! Where Akutagawa's desperate for Dazai to touch him, so that Rashoumon will go away...

• Dead Apple missing scene! There is quite a bit of time between the fog’s onset and Akutagawa meeting up with the others -- please feel welcome to fill that intervening time with desperate struggling and Rashoumon brutally (or gently, terribly gently..) overpowering his master.
  
• A solo training session goes… unexpectedly. Akutagawa thought he was being smart going to a remote location where nobody would see him struggling. Sure, nobody can see him struggling. They can’t hear him cry either.
  
• Maybe Rashoumon just wants to show him a good time, okay. Whether or not Akutagawa wants to have a good time.

Dazai/Dazai

Double Dazai! How does this happen? Whatever makes sense to you will probably make sense to us. Please no “cloned as embryo and raised separately in the same world” since that’s more like twins than doubles. But time travel shenanigans, duplicated via ability, crossing between alternate dimensions are all good. Equally on-board for canon-age Dazai/canon-age Dazai, Dark Era Dazai/Dark Era Dazai, and canon-age Dazai/Dark Era Dazai.

• Dazai trips through time and ends up looking himself in the eye.
  
• They say that meeting your doppelganger is a sure sign that you’ll die that night. Dazai--both Dazais--are pretty stoked about that.
  
• Dazai dreams he’s fucking himself. Or just lying in bed and holding himself. Or talking with himself and falling asleep under the stars… except when he wakes up, he’s still there.
  
• Tracing the other Dazai’s scars… are they the same as his? Or different? With different-aged Dazais, how does younger Dazai feel finding scars on older Dazai that he doesn’t have yet?

Dazai/Dazai/Chuuya

If one Dazai is good, two Dazai are better! Or a disaster waiting to happen. We’re delighted with either one. Particularly when it involves Chuuya being pinned between them. We’re really into Dazai’s relationship with himself for this one too -- we’d love for that to be explored! We’re not looking for simply “soukoku with an extra Dazai” here.

Dazai being a dick is great. Both Dazais being dicks is great. Any of them being Concerned despite their better judgment. Prickly circling around each other. Ludicrous denial of feelings. Bitterness. Humor. Coming through for each other when it counts.

• Present-day Dazai has to return to the Dark Era to (retrieve something? To ensure Oda lives? Who knows) and 16-year-old Dazai catches his older self eyeing 16-year-old Chuuya and tries to fucking shank him. Then they all fuck. Or something.
  
• There’s an ability that brings dreams--and nightmares--to life. Chuuya runs into it and discovers that his dreams are apparently of his ex-partner trying to seduce him with bottles of expensive wine (or something! Cake? Cheese platters? Fondue sets?). Anyway, Real Dazai is there too.
  
• Chuuya’s had a godawful day, and concludes it by getting fucking wasted. He drinks so much he starts seeing double. Except no, that’s actually two Dazais. What the fuck.
  
• Alternate Dimension Dazai who never left Mafia is extremely upset that Canon Dazai left Chuuya. Ever. At any point.

K (Anime)

Mikoto/Misaki

Mikoto, super hot. Misaki, adorably and awkwardly into that. We love them! Especially the power difference that Misaki deepens every chance he gets, and Mikoto doesn’t quite like. Give us desperate to please Misaki, and unsettled and worried Mikoto, or Mikoto who doesn’t see what’s the harm in fooling around a little anyway. We’re very interested in the magical clan bond and what that might mean, and how much smaller Misaki is than Mikoto.

Alpha/omega and catboy AUs super welcome here. If Misaki is in heat and desperate for his king, that’s a great plot! We don’t need anything deeper. (well, Mikoto can always go deeper...)

• Misaki's hero worship is getting to be a problem. Mikoto thinks maybe giving the kid what he wants -- or what he thinks he wants -- will help. (he's wrong, or right, depending on how exactly you define "help"...)
  
• Misaki can feel Mikoto’s power inside him, how it shivers and twists under his skin. When Mikoto looks at him, it gets so bad that he can barely think.
  
• Due to whatever reasons you want, Misaki ends up crying on Mikoto’s shoulder when Fushimi leaves. And...then they fuck? Or make out! Making out is good too!
  
• The colourless king tries to steal Misaki (or /handwave/ Bad Men kidnap him), and Mikoto rips apart heaven and earth to get him back.
  
• Misaki finds a gang dealing in highly illegal heat inducers in their territory. He gets caught snooping. Mikoto finds him chained up in a filthy basement, drugged up on artificial heat inducers, and half-out of his mind with desperation. (Misaki as a catboy or omega, Mikoto as an alpha if going with A/B/O)

Mikoto/Nagare

AKA Morne’s Fave/Shadow’s Fave. Because of course we both imprinted on the kings who die in the season finales. But that’s okay! In our hearts fanfiction, they’re just fine. Well, not fine. They’re wounded or sick or imprisoned or generally suffering. But in a super alive sort of way. (which is to say: please write us a “Mikoto and Nagare live” AU)

Anyway, we’re really craving what canon didn’t give us, which is Mikoto and Nagare interacting at all. There’s such fraught potential there, given Nagare’s involvement with Tatara’s death, and there’s also potential for kinship, given their shared status as kings. (we are also very into how frail and fragile Nagare’s body is compared to Suoh “Ripped AF” Mikoto.)

• Nagare doesn't die! He's captured and imprisoned instead. And of course, it takes a king to supervise a king...
  
• When Nagare attacks the gold king, Iwafune saves him--and dies in front of him after incapacitating Kokujoji. Nagare kills Kokujoji? Escapes? And anyway, is wandering the streets, homeless, glowing green, and utterly without a clan, when he runs into a very new Red King--Mikoto.
  
• After season 1, Mikoto is barely clinging to life. Nagare offers a path to survival: claiming him as a green clansmen. (how conscious and consenting Mikoto is for this is up to you.)
  
• Their swords get tangled. Of course, this happens while their swords are invisible and intangible, so neither of them has any clue what they can’t get more than a hundred meters away from the guy in a wheelchair/the really buff redhead.
  
• Mikoto haunts Nagare. And Nagare...fucks him back to life? On accident? On purpose? Or otherwise resurrects him! Point is, Nagare makes Mikoto live. And then Mikoto makes very sure that Nagare does not die (It’s super important that they both live)

Reishi/Mikoto/Nagare

We totally ship Mikoto/Reishi too, in a pushy rivals equals way. We love when Reishi gets super menacing -- though we don’t love it nearly as much as Mikoto loves it ;) They also seem so genuinely fond of each other, whether or not they’d admit it. So -- for this, feel free to start with established Reishi/Mikoto, or past fuckbuddies Reishi/Mikoto, before adding Nagare. Or just take all the simmering tension and Nagare brings it to a boiling point.

Mikoto and Reishi arguing over what to do with Nagare. Nagare trying to play them off each other. Really weird drinking nights. Sparkly pretty magic.

• Nagare’s scheme ends when he is taken into custody. Reishi’s custody. He is fascinated by how Nagare’s body works/does not work, and proceeds with super scientific inquiries and examinations. Mikoto is there to help, uh, supervise. Or restrain. For science. (less speculums and biopsies, more super-close constant observation and touching. This includes touching the heart hole. And exploring it. Not necessarily with their entire hands, but not not that, either.)
  
• Nagare is being imprisoned. Somehow, harsh, cruel deprivation of liberty turns into video game night in Reishi’s quarters. It’s Mikoto’s fault, probably, or Nagare’s. Reishi’s trying to maintain order-- until Mikoto asks if he’s scared he’d lose.
  
• Mikoto and Reishi have to fuck Nagare regularly or he’ll die or escape or something awful like that. Fuck him at the same time. Or else it means nothing.
  
• A new - and way scarier - King rises. The Red, Blue, and Green Kings have to work together in a very fraught alliance to defeat them.

Naruto

Kisame/Itachi

We’re super into their partnership, and the way they get along, and have such a quiet trust in each other. Obviously, we are ALSO super into the fact that Itachi is frail with illness while also being super badass, and Kisame is so big. Much bigger than Itachi. Shhh, don’t check databooks or wiki. Kisame’s obviously like 280 lb and seven feet tall, and Itachi’s equally obviously like 170lb and five nine. Just. Write with that in mind, and we’ll all be SUPER HAPPY.

Itachi is obviously batshit insane (Uchiha. Crow. Eyeball. Pacifist??? We don’t even know, what the fuck), and we enjoy Kisame navigating that traitorous minefield. And Kisame’s loyalty and devotion to the concept of a world without lies is equally interesting when matched with the fact that Itachi was never truly loyal to Akatsuki.

We’re good with an exploration of their fraught relationship with honesty and each other, or just a blanket “They’re loyal to each other. Full stop.”

For smut, we strongly prefer that Kisame have two dicks. We are perfectly happy without smut, in which case you wouldn’t have to specify how many dicks he has at all! We do ask that you not go out of your way to specify him having fewer or more than two, though, in any event.

• They’re staying in a very cold cave|cabin|canyon|canoe. Luckily, Kisame gives off heat like a furnace.
  
• His partner is hot and seriously homicidal, which is why Kisame is on the fence as to whether he wants to risk fucking him. Itachi, on the other hand, has crawled off the metaphorical fence and into Kisame`s lap, and is currently staring at him from about two inches away.
  
• Kisame saves Itachi from drowning. And it was cold so he has to warm him up with his body. ^__^
  
• Accidental soul bond. What can go wrong?
  
• Deliberate soul bond done for entirely pragmatic reasons that have nothing to do with affection. Seriously, what could go wrong with that?
  
• Itachi is on the brink of a total mental breakdown, near as Kisame can tell. He could do nothing and watch his partner go down in an inferno of self-sabotage, or he could...try to help..? Even in his head that sounds fake.
  
• Kisame’s acting...different. Itachi doesn’t know. Other people’s emotions escape him, most of the time. But he’s fairly sure Kisame is upset. The question is...should he do something about it?

Yahiko/Nagato

We want the whole vast range of possibilities there, from heartwarming hurt/comfort fixit fic to doomed tragic wrenching canon-compliant necrophilia. We really enjoy the partnership and care they developed for each other - so "us against the world" - and it just makes perfect sense that Nagato wouldn't be able to let go even with Yahiko dead.

We prefer Nagato stay alive (at least within the scope of the fic). The dead/necro tags all refer to just Yahiko being dead :D

• Yahiko/Nagato bandaging wounds and taking care of each other during the years when they're forming the Akatsuki <3 One of them narrowly avoiding danger and the other being protective/possessive?
  
• After turning Yahiko into the Deva Path, Nagato controls Yahiko's body for sex. Potentially followed by Yahiko's body just holding him as he sleeps. It's not what he wants, but it's all he has.
  
• Nagato discovers a dangerous experimental jutsu that might revive Yahiko. It may or may not succeed.
  
• Sparring or experimenting with jutsu together while they're both still alive could be quite fun as well.
  
• Yahiko sex-haunts Nagato.
  
• Yahiko’s corpse moves on its own sometimes.

Saitama/Sonic

Okay, let’s be super clear. Sonic is hot and evil, and we want him to be at a disadvantage next to Saitama, and furious about it. And for him to be desperate for Saitama to notice him, no matter what he has to do to ensure that happens (seduction, we mean seduction).

We’re down for rough, angry interactions/sex, but if you want to sell us on some Unexpected Feelings, we will eat that up too :D Enemies to lovers, enemies to fuckbuddies, enemies to “we have no idea what this is.”

• During a job, Sonic gets hit with a powerful aphrodisiac drug. And Saitama is just the hero to save the day.
  
• Sonic is captured and given a choice: execution, or forced bonding marriage. Sonic agrees to the marriage, on the condition his spouse is Saitama.
  
• Sonic is kidnapped and experimented on by some dude/s. He escapes and runs straight to Saitama.
  
• Sonic is in disguise for a mission. This disguise involves corsetry and eyeliner and possibly prostitution. He runs into Saitama, who sees through him immediately. (Or doesn’t. Also delicious.)
  
• Sonic is currently homeless, but Saitama and Genos aren’t home...and won’t be if he arranges enough havoc in the area. He just needs an hour or two to shower, steal their food, and...ooh, this bed is comfortable. (Saitama comes home to Sonic sleeping on his bed in nothing but a towel).
